The main aim of the project is to promote art and culture in non-formal education for the Youth in Action Program and specifically youth workers, youngsters, organizers, youth trainers in order to give them better understanding the non-formal education methods and different ideas to use artistic and cultural values to create projects within Youth Program. We think that through these international projects they can acquire very important skills for example teamwork, leadership, organization and management skills and also the ability to show initiative in challenging circumstances.
